About Terri

Terri McNerney has thirty years of coaching and consulting experience, specialising in Executive & Leadership Team Coaching, leadership development, and facilitation, with a key focus on transition & culture change and enhancing business performance.

Accredited with an MSc in Organisational Change from Hult Ashridge Business School, Terri's methodology and approach have been refined through education and experience. Her most prominent clients include Global 500 companies across a variety of industries: oil and gas, broadcast media, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, banking and finance.

She enjoys working across multiple cultures and countries, from the US, Canada, Russia, Far East, Middle East to Europe.

In her spare time, Terri loves to go for walks and hikes in the countryside with family, friends and her greyhound Cleo. Sharing meals and a glass or two of wine is another favourite, as well as travelling the world when we can! Terri also enjoys an annual retreat to the Big Island, studying the ancient wisdom of the Hawaiian people, a time to step back, in a beautiful location, review where she is and explore ‘what next?’.
