Hi there, I'm Terri McNerney, a Leadership and Team Alignment Specialist, Co-Author and Business Leader.
Making a meaningful difference in the world has become a focus for many individuals and organisations, yet we can be unsure as to where best to start. The need for authenticity, transparency, and compassion is growing along with the desire for resilience and well-being.
For over thirty years I have been working with business leaders and teams to navigate transitions, change and uncertainty, and I love working across multiple countries and cultures.
I am dedicated to partnering with people to help them reconnect with their purpose and passions to make a real difference in their businesses, lives and the impact they have on the lives of others.
I established Inspire the Best 20 years ago, and it has continuously adapted to the world around us as the priorities and needs of individuals and businesses shift. We all have a responsibility to lead, learn, and keep levelling-up throughout our lives. As the world changes, so will our priorities – constant re-alignment is crucial in establishing what we want, what we need, and what the world is calling us to do.
