Meet Terri
Partnering with leaders to realign with Purpose, Power and Presence.
EXECUTIVE COACH, AUTHOR AND WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP SPECIALIST
For over 30 years, I've partnered with leaders, teams and organisations navigating growth, transition and change.
My approach combines reflective depth with practical application, creating space to pause, reconnect with what matters most and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and impact.
Today, I work with senior and emerging leaders across a range of industries, with a particular focus on women navigating larger roles, greater complexity and important leadership transitions.
I believe sustainable leadership growth begins with understanding who you are, not simply what you do. My work draws on strengths, values, identity and self-awareness to help leaders develop the confidence, presence and practical capabilities to lead at their best.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
I hold an MSc in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School (now Hult International Business School), alongside professional coaching qualifications and accreditations.
My work has taken me across Europe, the United States and the Middle East, partnering with leaders in banking, engineering, technology, energy, asset management and professional services.
PARTNERSHIP WITH TURNINGPOINT LEADERSHIP
For large-scale and global leadership development and cultural transformation programmes, I partner with Turningpoint Leadership, an international consultancy specialising in executive coaching, leadership development and organisational transformation.
AUTHOR OF DIVE DEEP TO RISE HIGHER
I'm also the author of Dive Deep to Rise Higher: Realign with Purpose, Power and Presence, a reflective and practical guide for women leaders navigating growth, transition and increasing complexity. The book brings together many of the themes at the heart of my coaching: identity, purpose, strengths, confidence and leadership presence.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Outside of work, I love to be outdoors, whether it's walking in the countryside with my husband, Steve, and our rescue greyhound, Cleo, or exploring new places through travel. Sharing good food and a glass of wine is another favourite, as well as discovering different cultures and spending time with family and friends.
I also enjoy an annual retreat to the Big Island, Hawai‘i, where I deepen my learning and practice. These experiences keep me grounded, inspired and connected, and continually remind me of the importance of balance, perspective and presence.
