How long is a session?

A Leadership Insight Session lasts 75–90 minutes online via Zoom. It’s a dedicated space for you — without distraction.
Is it online or in person?

All sessions are held online via Zoom. This allows us to work deeply together, wherever you are.
That’s completely normal.
We’ll have a conversation about your goals and current situation and recommend the approach that will be most valuable for you.
