For over 30 years, I've partnered with leaders, teams and organisations navigating growth, change and transition.
My approach combines reflective depth with practical application, creating space to step back, reconnect with what matters most and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and impact.
I believe lasting leadership growth begins with understanding who you are, not simply what you do.
From the outside, I was highly successful in my role - delivering, working hard, and consistently exceeding expectations. Yet beneath that, I felt a growing restlessness and a sense that something more was calling, even though I couldn’t yet name it.
Through this work, I came to see that growth at a senior level often requires inner work, not just the pursuit of the next external opportunity.
Ultimately, it led me to a new role that excites and challenges me in equal measure. I’m now stepping into this next chapter with greater confidence, clarity, and trust in myself.
