Jeanette is the founding director of Go For Growth Limited.

One of Jeanette's core skills is helping organisations and individuals overcome difficult challenges involving sensitive and potentially costly people issues that can limit success.

She specialises in clarifying business priorities, transition coaching, mentoring and mediation services. Jeanette provides a sounding board for individuals and teams, often with significant agendas, leading and going through change.

Jeanette has extensive international experience gained over the last 25 years, operating at executive and board level for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

Before founding Go For Growth Jeanette was the Group HR Director at Rentokil Initial where she was responsible for around 90,000 staff worldwide. Previous roles include Managing Director at Marsh, and Head of HR UK and EMEA Operations at American Express. She has also held significant roles with Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo), Thorn EMI and local government.

She enjoys working within complex organisations and has driven forward international business restructures, top team development, major change and communication strategy, talent and succession planning dilemmas, senior level recruitment and executive coaching.

Jeanette is an accomplished conference speaker using her diverse background to speak on topics such as negotiation and active leadership.

Recent client work - KPMG, Harrods, Shell, Compass, Fortnum and Mason, JP Morgan, The Heritage Lottery Fund, RWE, ED&F Man, Withers LLP, BAE Systems, and individuals in the financial, media and retail sectors. She also works with a number of charities and mentors other consultants. She is a visiting tutor at Henley Management College.
